Summary
The 11-week intensive program is designed to provide the foundational training for a person to enter the solar workforce as an entry level technician. Participants will engage with foundational training with a focus on hands-on experience in a controlled lab. Throughout the 11-weeks, participants will engage with regional employers looking to hire skilled workers. The course also has an online component to include the national OSHA-30 certification and course preparation work in Moodle. This class meets Monday and Tuesday evenings from 5:30–8:30 p.m.
Requirements
All participants must have completed a high school diploma or equivalency, be 18 years or older, and
be eligible to legally work in the United States by completion of the program.
