Martin Community College is a public community college in Williamston, North Carolina. Approximately 700 credential-seeking students enroll at Martin Community College every semester, and many more enroll for life-long continuing-education courses. The college is unique among community colleges for having an equine-health program.

Martin Community College seeks to build better futures by providing affordable and high-quality educational programs and workforce development in a student-centered environment in order to meet the community's needs.

The North Carolina General Assembly authorized the college as "Martin Technical Institute" during its 1967 session. The N.C. State Board of Education contracted with the local Martin County Board of Education to establish a unit of the N.C. Community College System (NCCCS).

The college's name was officially changed to "Martin Community College" in 1976.
